Singpass eligible nurses / midwives
It is a requirement for all Singapore Government e-Services (including Singapore Nursing Board) dealing with confidential data to have a 2-Step Verification (2FA) when accessing these e-Services.
From 15 January 2017, all Nurses / Midwives who are eligible for Singpass must login to your SNB account using Singpass. To check your eligibility for Singpass, please refer to Singpass webpage.
You will be required to set up the 2FA for your Singpass login before you can access your SNB account. Please refer to Singpass webpage on SingPass 2FA login.

Non-Singpass eligible nurses / midwives
Registered nurses / midwives who are not eligible for Singpass and are not practising as a nurse / midwife in Singapore will not be able to access their SNB online account from 15 January 2017. For further enquiries, please contact SNB via email at SNB@spb.gov.sg.
