Checking the status of your application
See the full breakdown on the status of your application.
Once you have submitted the application for PC renewal, you may check the status of that application via "Enquire Application" upon login. You may check the "Application Status" or print the receipt when available. Nurses/Midwives may see the following application status for their PC Renewal applications:
Application status and actions required
Index | Application Status | Action Required by Nurse/Midwife |
---|---|---|
a) | Pending Processing | No action required. |
b) | Pending Fee Settlement | No action required. |
c) | Pending Collection | Your application is pending final stage approval and no further action is required. |
d) | Pending outstanding fees | There is/are still fee(s) owing to SNB, such as failed GIRO deduction. You need to login to your SNB account again to retrieve that application and pay the outstanding fee(s). Otherwise, the PC renewal application is not considered as successful, and your PC will not be renewed. |
e) | Approved | Processing of that application is completed. You will receive an approval email notification on the steps to view and download the electronic PC (e-PC). You may print receipt, if required. |
f) | Rejected | You will receive a rejection email notification. You may email to SNB at SNB@spb.gov.sg on the reasons for the rejection if this is not already communicated to you. |
g) | Withdraw | Application is withdrawn and closed. |
